RESPECTFUL WORKPLACE
As of January 1, 2021, employers in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador are required to provide training in harassment prevention.
My workshop sets the expectations for respect in the workplace and covers the roles and responsibilities of employees and supervisors under provincial OHS and human rights legislation. The session includes discussion on unconscious bias. discrimination, and harassment prevention.

The duration of this training is typically 2.5 - 3 hours and can be adapted to suit the needs of your organization. I have delivered Respectful Workplace training to ~1000 municipal government employees over a two year period.
